BOQ — Stage-wise (per floor)

Split stage by stage — Foundation, Ground Floor, each floor — with its own quantities and sub-total, then a grand total. Every quantity is the exact solid volume of what you drew: walls, openings, columns and beams are unioned in 3D so every shared corner, embedded beam or column and every opening is counted exactly once — no double-counting, for any layout. Steel — Bar Bending Schedule

Steel for every drawn column, beam and slab, by cut length and weight, stage by stage. Bars come from a standard reinforcement template — open any member's Properties to edit its reinforcement to match your structural drawing. Shown in metres + kg (industry norm). This is an estimate to reconcile with your structural report, not a structural design.
